The "Design of 03 Storey Commercial Plaza" project, located in Pabbi under TMA Pabbi, was initiated on May 19, 2020, and completed by July 19, 2020. With a total cost of 50 million PKR, the project aimed to design a modern, functional, and versatile three-storey commercial plaza to cater to the growing commercial needs of the area. The project was executed under a single-firm contract, with a budget allocation of 0.6 million PKR for design and related services.
Three-Storey Commercial Plaza: The primary goal of this project was to design a three-storey commercial plaza that would serve as a hub for various businesses and retail outlets. The plaza was envisioned as a modern, adaptable space to accommodate a range of commercial activities, including offices, retail stores, and service-oriented businesses.
Ground Floor: The ground floor was designed to cater to retail businesses, with ample space for shops and showrooms. It was conceptualized to have high foot traffic, making it ideal for businesses requiring visibility and accessibility.
